POSITION Program manager

LOCATION 100 North Point, San Francisco, CA 94133 (M-Th in-office; Friday WFH)

PAY RATE $63/hr on W2

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, leading large-scale initiatives and managing a portfolio of projects.
• Experience managing the scoping/estimation and delivery of customer-facing software projects is required
• Retail domain experience preferred
• Ability to be hands on partnering with stakeholders to create a detailed project plan, break program into multiple tracks, manage different work streams, and manage those tracks of work as needed, as well as manage risk/budget/resources and partner with other leaders on prioritization.
• Strategically partner with delivery leaders on prioritization and program delivery
• Strong experience in Project/Program Management, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, scope control, and implementation governance for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Expertise in Risk, Stakeholder, and Change Management, including risk assessment and mitigation, variance analysis, client/vendor management, requirements validation, and executive-level communication.
• Proven leadership experience in driving program strategy, leading cross-functional teams, mentoring project managers, managing complex business and technology transformations, and delivering successful outcomes in large-scale environments.
• Confident and mature attitude.
