Team-Specific Responsibilities:

• Property and Casualty Insurance: Design user-friendly interfaces for insurance-related tasks (quoting, policy purchase, claims) while adhering to industry best practices.
• New Member Account: Optimize the account creation and management process, prioritizing data privacy and security.
• Onboarding: Create personalized and interactive onboarding experiences to drive user activation and retention.
• Homepage: Maintain a consistent brand experience and optimize the homepage for key user tasks and accessibility.
• Rewards: Design engaging and transparent reward programs that incentivize desired user behaviors.
