The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio within an established franchise system. • Take full entrepreneurial responsibility for operational aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Minimum equity investment of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Demonstrated leadership skills and team-building capabilities. • Passion and motivation to build and grow your own business. • Experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is ideal, but career changers are welcome. • A genuine passion for fitness, health, and working with people.
