Job Description

- British nationality required due to the nature of the work.
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner or in a similar Agile delivery role.
- Experience coaching, facilitating and supporting teams adopting Agile principles and practices.
- Experience working with complex technical environments, ideally across combined hardware and software disciplines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Coach teams in Agile principles, behaviours and delivery practices.
- Facilitate workshops, ceremonies and discussions that improve collaboration and outcomes.
- Help teams identify and remove blockers while supporting continuous improvement.
- Work with wider delivery teams to embed effective Agile approaches across a complex programme environment.
- Adapt Agile methods pragmatically to support delivery within a specialist defence setting.
- Practical experience applying Agile frameworks and ways of working within delivery teams.
- Ability to mentor and develop teams that are building confidence with Agile practices.
- Experience improving team effectiveness through facilitation, coaching and problem solving.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding complex delivery challenges.
- Proactive approach with resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to encourage positive change.
