ABOUT US

Apogee is one of the UK's leading managed workplace services providers and part of HP Inc. We are a people-focused business that invests in career development, wellbeing and creating opportunities for our colleagues to grow. Alongside a competitive benefits package, we support professional development, community volunteering, wellbeing initiatives and employee recognition throughout the year.

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. As a Disability Confident Employer and Armed Forces Covenant Bronze Award holder, we welcome talent from all backgrounds and are passionate about helping people succeed, whether they are taking the next step in their career or returning to work after a break.

JOB DETAILS

Help shape the future of workplace technology at Apogee!

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of our Modern Workplace portfolio and turn complex technology into clear, valuable solutions for customers. This is an opportunity to influence how organisations equip, connect and support their people - wherever they work.

The opportunity

You will lead the development, management and commercial performance of propositions across End User Compute and Lifecycle Services, Unified Communications and Collaboration, and Workplace Experience solutions. With a strong focus on HP products and services, you will work across Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, Operations and strategic partners to take ideas from market insight through to successful launch and continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Own the lifecycle of Modern Workplace propositions - from concept and business case through to launch, growth and optimisation.
  • Build clear portfolio roadmaps shaped by customer demand, commercial opportunity and business strategy.
  • Create compelling propositions that combine technology, services and measurable customer value.
  • Translate technical capabilities into straightforward messaging that Sales teams and customers can easily understand.
  • Ensure propositions are commercially viable, scalable and operationally deliverable.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, playbooks and training that help colleagues position and sell the portfolio confidently.
  • Support bids, customer conversations and account planning where specialist product expertise is needed.
  • Build strong relationships with HP and other strategic partners while monitoring market trends, competitors and emerging technology.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.

Place of work: Remote with occassional client and office visits

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRE

  • Experience in product management, category management, proposition development or product marketing.
  • A strong understanding of Modern Workplace technologies and managed services.
  • Experience across End User Compute, Workplace Services, Unified Communications or Digital Employee Experience solutions.
  • A track record of developing and launching commercially successful propositions.
  • Confidence working with Sales teams, customers, senior stakeholders and operational colleagues.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to assess demand, profitability and deliverability.
  • The ability to turn complex technical information into clear customer outcomes and persuasive sales messages.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the resilience to maintain momentum in a changing environment.

Experience of Device as a Service, HP Workforce Experience Platform, unified communications, networking, infrastructure or wider managed IT services would be an advantage.

We value candidates with AI literacy - individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.
