Junior Data Analyst (SC-Cleared)

Junior Data Analyst | SC-Cleared | £400 - £450 a day Inside IR35 | Corsham 2-3 x per week on-site

Pigment is a change and transformation consultancy. We partner with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to deliver deliver long-term and sustainable change across the public sector.

We are currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst, to come on board and support our wider team in extracting, cleansing, analysing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and translating findings into robust workforce planning models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret workforce and operational data.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Assist with data cleansing and maintenance.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Document analytical processes and reporting methodologies.

Required experience and skills:

• Previous experience in Defence is highly desirable, but experience in other highly regulated industries such as Central Government, nuclear, or utilities will also be considered.
• Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the wider team.
• Comfortable presenting and reporting findings to stakeholders at various seniority levels.

Due to project sensitivities, our consultant must have active and valid SC-Level Clearance, and be a Sole UK National.
