Payroll Analyst
Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a particular focus on the Baltics region.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process conducted by Arrow's external partners in a timely manner by following standard procedures and checklists.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll input data by collecting, checking, reconciling, and providing to external vendor.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll output data (including payment and booking files) in a timely manner.
- Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
- Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management,
- Prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance purposes.
- Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.
- Collaborate closely with various departments across the company.
- Participate in payroll-related projects (if available for the region).
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the payroll (or related) area.
- You speak English fluently.
- You have strong analytical skills and pay attention to details.
- You work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- You feel comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Excel.
- You understand how to work with confidential data.
