Python Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python-based back-end development and React.js front-end engineering. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute across the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to deployment and support..



Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement modern, intuitive user experiences



Back-End Development

Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)

Implement business logic, data processing, and backend services

Integrate third-party APIs and external services

Ensure application security, authorization, and data protection best practices



Data & Integration

Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Write efficient queries and manage database schema migrations

Support integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms



DevOps & Quality

Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in production environments



Collaboration & Process

Technical Program Management and lead small team of 5-6 members

Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other developers

Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations



Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Git-based version control systems

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively



Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)

Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability patterns
