Treasury Administrator

<h3>Description</h3><br><div>We are seeking a Treasury Administrator to support our Treasury & AR team.</div><div> <br>Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the role involves dealing with confidential information, therefore a high level of discretion and professionalism is essential.</div><div> <br>You will be responsible for supporting the Treasury function with the following:-</div><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br><ul> <li>Daily cashflow reporting</li> <li>Bank charges analysis</li> <li>Daily receipts reporting</li> <li>Assist with the monthly forecast consolidation process</li> <li>Bank administration tasks</li> <li>Month end bank statement reports</li> <li>Assist with KYC submissions</li> <li>Credit card reconciliations and reporting</li> <li>Bank Reconciliations</li> <li>Point of contact for internal and external audit teams in relation to Treasury.</li> <li>Provide operational support during peak workload periods to ensure timely completion of cash management and reporting tasks.</li> <li>Supporting the team with Treasury query resolution</li> <li>Supporting Treasury related projects</li> <li>Process documentation and mapping.</li> <li>Ad hoc duties</li> </ul><div><br></div><br><h3>Experience and Qualifications</h3><br><ul> <li>Proven experience in a similar role is essential</li> <li>Understanding of Payment methods and processing cycles</li> <li>On-line banking software experience</li> <li>Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Adobe</li> <li>Experience of Microsoft Business Central desirable</li> <li>Knowledge of Expensify desirable, but not essential</li> <li>Experience in utilities and/or traffic management sectors desirable, but not essential</li> </ul><div> <br>Competencies </div><ul> <li>Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills</li> <li>High level of accuracy</li> <li>A team player with a proactive common-sense approach</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines</li> <li>Self-managed, able to use their own initiative and work as an individual but also part of a team</li> </ul><div><br></div><br><h3>Salary and Benefits</h3><br><div>We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with a full benefits package.<br><br> </div><div>Network Plus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
