Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with extensive knowledge of Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive systems and a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver effective solutions to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support for Rockwell FTPC, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to FTPC and associated systems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on FTPC functionalities and best practices.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans for new software releases and updates.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in FTPC and automotive technologies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall production capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC).
• 7-10 Years of experience in technical support, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Rockwell Automation products.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python.
• Project management experience.
• Certifications related to Rockwell Automation or technical support.
