Job Description
Job Title: PeopleSoft Administrator
Location: Franklin TN
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator with 7 to 10 years of hands on experience in managing, supporting, upgrading, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft environments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft application infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and supporting production and non production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain PeopleSoft environments across development, test, staging, and production systems.
- Manage PeopleSoft components such as Application Server, Web Server, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Tuxedo, WebLogic, and PeopleTools.
- Perform environment refreshes, cloning, migrations, patching, and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and ensure high availability of PeopleSoft applications.
- Apply PeopleSoft Update Manager images, tax updates, bundles, fixes, and patches using Change Assistant.
- Support Integration Broker configuration, gateway setup, service operations, queues, routings, and application messaging.
- Manage PeopleSoft security, including user profiles, roles, permission lists, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with functional, development, database, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents and support enhancements.
- Support batch processing, job scheduling, process monitoring, and performance tuning of Process Scheduler and application servers.
Required Skills
- Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Administration and PeopleSoft Internet Architecture.
- Good knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Server, Process Scheduler, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Integration Broker.
- Experience with PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image application, Change Assistant, patching, and environment migrations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, database connectivity, and troubleshooting database related issues.
- Experience working on Unix/Linux and Windows server environments.
