Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (LWC, Apex, Flows), and Identity Access Management.
• Certifications: Often requires Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Certified Application/System Architect.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of integration patterns (APIs, Event-driven architecture), Salesforce security models, and DevOps processes.
• Experience: Typically requires 10+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 3 & 5 years in an architect-level role.
• Soft Skills: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and provide mentorship to engineering teams.
