Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Architect to design, implement, and lead Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt platform. The role involves architecture design, solution delivery, integration with enterprise systems, and guiding stakeholders on IAM best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and design Saviynt IGA architecture aligned with enterprise security strategy
• Lead solution design for:
  • Identity lifecycle management
  • Access request workflows
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Certification campaigns
• Establish scalable, secure, and high-performing IAM frameworks

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Saviynt implementation and customization
• Configure:
  • Applications, connectors, and integrations
  • Roles, entitlements, and access models
  • Approval workflows and policies
• Optimize Saviynt platform performance and usability

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Saviynt with:
  • Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID
  • ERP (SAP, Oracle)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Develop APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and automation scripts

Governance & Compliance

• Implement governance controls:
  • Access reviews & certifications
  • SoD rules and risk analysis
  • Audit and compliance reporting
• Ensure alignment with standards such as:
  • SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a technical SME for Saviynt
• Collaborate with business, security, and IT teams
• Mentor developers and IAM engineers
• Engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solutioning

Support & Optimization

• Provide L3 support and issue resolution
• Perform upgrades, patching, and migrations
• Recommend continuous improvements and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Saviynt EIC (Enterprise Identity Cloud)
• Deep understanding of IAM/IGA concepts:
  • RBAC, ABAC
  • Identity lifecycle
  • Access governance
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Saviynt configuration and development
  • REST APIs, Java, SQL
• Knowledge of:
  • Directory services (AD, LDAP)
  • Cloud IAM (Azure, AWS)

Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in IAM/IGA solutions
• 3+ years deep hands-on with Saviynt

Certifications (Preferred)

• Saviynt Certified Engineer/Architect
• CISSP / CISM / IAM certifications
