Payments Infrastructure Engineer - Customer-Focused Support

Basis Theory is seeking a Payments-focused Support Engineer to help customers integrate, troubleshoot, and scale the programmable vault within payment stacks. You will own complex issues end-to-end and act as the bridge between customers and Engineering/Product teams.

You will work with fintechs and merchants, supporting post-onboarding, providing guidance on APIs/SDKs, and contributing to better documentation and processes as the team scales.
