Large-Scale Deployment: Support the execution of automated bare-metal or self-service installer builds for thousands of endpoints across structured migration waves.

Endpoint Validation: Verify newly re-imaged machines for core technical functionality, standard software presence, security tool onboarding, and domain access readiness.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the tier-3 engineering escalation point to resolve complex user profile, driver, or software compatibility issues on newly deployed Windows 11 devices.

Service Desk Enablement: Document known issues and workarounds, producing high-quality operational runbooks for the Service Desk to minimize post-migration ticket volumes.
