The Role

• Contribute to maintaining a well-presented store and ensuring an outstanding customer shopping experience alongside team colleagues.
• Actively participate in tasks such as stocking and merchandising goods, in-store baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Ensure the functionality of the Scan&Go zone, engage customers with the system, and provide assistance to enhance their experience.
• Support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and overseeing the implementation of store concepts.
• Undertake various responsibilities including warehouse duties, cleaning, and inventory management.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, ideally with some leadership experience, such as shift supervision.
• A collaborative spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A quick and efficient work approach, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse tasks.
