The Role • A four-week onboarding phase providing an overview of the retail landscape in Glienicke/Nordbahn. • Rotational exposure across all departments during the first two years of training. • Opportunity for specialization in the third year, potentially in areas like Back & Bistro, Cheese, or Meat & Sausage. • Hands-on experience in customer consultation, sales, stock management, and various operational tasks. • Training duration of two years for Sales Assistant and three years for Retail Salesman/woman. • Possibility of shortening the training period with a relevant college or university entrance qualification. What You'll Need • At least a secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent educational qualification. • Good numeracy skills. • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. • A genuine interest in organic food products is desirable.
