IT Lead - Enterprise Systems & Growth

M2P Engineering is seeking an IT Lead to enhance the Tier 1 enterprise system (IFS) and integrate it with HRIS and shop-floor software. Based at the Spring Hill head office, you will own IT & Systems for the business, driving system enhancements to lift operational efficiency.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with MSPs, and shape the technology roadmap for a growth-focused company that values practical, high-quality engineering.
