Role Overview

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale global IT managed services transition from one external vendor to another. The role will coordinate multiple regions, vendors, and concurrent workstreams while ensuring project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading IT managed services implementations or vendor-to-vendor transitions.
• Experience managing large, global/multi-region IT implementations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Strong vendor management and accountability, including schedules, deliverables, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Experience with detailed project planning, risk/issue management, cost, schedule, staffing, and status reporting.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in IT infrastructure/services environments.
• Ability to identify obstacles, mitigate risks, and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred

• IT managed services experience supporting manufacturing/plant environments.
• Previous Cargill experience.

Note: This is a project oversight and management role. Hands-on programming, system configuration, IT execution, or sprint management is not required. PMP certification is not required.
