Description
Our client is seeking a Delivery Lead for a contract position in Charlotte, NC. 
This role involves overseeing multiple projects, managing risks, and working closely with executives. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations and project management, utilizing technologies such as enterprise resource planning systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive project work across multiple teams without requiring hand-holding.
Manage risks and facilitate change management processes effectively.
Conduct status meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including infrastructure and application development.

Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in financial operations, including ledger and accounts payable.
Understanding of data management and flow processes.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
