We're seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead key projects, optimise enterprise network performance, and deliver reliable solutions across our sites. Responsibilities- Contribute to planning and support the successful delivery of network and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated incidents to ensure high network performance and reliability.
- Design and support enterprise network and voice solutions that enable seamless and effective business communication.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and implementation of smart, scalable solutions.
- Enhance network security by strengthening frameworks and ensuring rapid response to potential threats.
- 5+ years' Network engineering experience across large enterprise environments.
- Experience with Cisco (or equivalent) routing, switching and SDWAN.
- Proficiency with Next Generation Firewall and SASE/SSE technologies.
- Proven troubleshooting with packet/log analysis and clear communication and documentation skills.
- Enterprise Voice/VoIP (e.g. Cisco UC, SIP) experience advantageous.
- IT degree; CCNA/CCNP/PCNSA/PCNSE certifications desirable.
