Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven NetSuite ERP Sales Executive to help expand our US footprint across Retail, Manufacturing, eCommerce, and Food & Beverage sectors. This is a full-cycle outbound hunting role ideal for a Senior BDR or Junior Account Executive ready to step into a closing role within the ERP consulting and services space.
The ideal candidate will have prior ERP ecosystem experience and a strong understanding of cloud ERP solutions, business operations, and consultative sales methodologies. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, generating pipeline, conducting discovery conversations, and driving new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities
- Build and manage target account and prospect lists within Retail, Manufacturing, eCommerce, and Food & Beverage industries
- Generate qualified opportunities and schedule discovery meetings with CFOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Operations leaders
- Understand customer business challenges and position NetSuite ERP solutions effectively
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through opportunity qualification and handoff/closing support
- Develop consultative relationships with prospects and act as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline reporting, and forecasting activities
- Stay informed on ERP market trends, cloud transformation initiatives, and competitor positioning
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of ERP sales experience within NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Sage, or similar ERP ecosystems
- Strong outbound hunting and lead generation experience
- Experience selling ERP implementation services, consulting, or SaaS solutions
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with mid-market executives and business stakeholders
- Understanding of ERP concepts including finance, supply chain, inventory management, and eCommerce integrations
- Proven ability to build pipeline independently in a remote environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with NetSuite Alliance Partners, ERP consulting firms, or implementation agencies
- Prior exposure to Retail, Manufacturing, eCommerce, or Food & Beverage industries
- Experience selling cloud ERP transformation initiatives
- Tampa, FL-based candidates preferred
Preferred Background:
Candidates currently working with NetSuite partners, ERP consulting organizations, or implementation firms are highly preferred over direct Oracle/NetSuite enterprise sales backgrounds.
