• RIM - Records Information Management - Mandatory
• ROPA - Records of Processing Activity - Mandatory

What we’re looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing data retention policies and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data governance frameworks.
• The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective retention strategies, monitor data lifecycle processes, and support audits and reporting related to data retention.

What you’ll be doing:

• Data Retention Implementation Specialist will be responsible for executing data retention implementation and remediation activities.
• This includes analysing retention assessments and details provided by applications to ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards.
• The specialist will identify gaps or non-compliance issues related to data retention, and work with the application teams to design remediation plans to address these deficiencies.
• Additionally, the resource will be expected to make recommendations to improve data retention practices and minimize risks associated with the existing data retention process at TFS.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of data retention regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing data retention implementations.
• Analytical skills to identify retention gaps and develop effective remediation plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• RIM - Records Information Management - Mandatory
• ROPA - Records of Processing Activity - Mandatory

• IGP – Information Governance Professional, CRM – Certified Records Manager, CIP – Certified Information Professional,
• CDMP – Certified Data Management Professional, DGSP – Data Governance & Stewardship Professional
