Job Description

BrightEdge India (Remote)

Experience: 3-5 years

Working hours: US Eastern time (approximately 6:30 PM - 1:00 AM IST), with some days running later.

About the role:

BrightEdge is looking for an Analyst Relations Manager to help shape how the enterprise software market understands the next generation of search and AI-driven visibility.

In this role, you will build relationships with leading industry analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and ISG, and help define how BrightEdge is positioned in the rapidly evolving AI search and digital visibility landscape. You will work closely with senior leadership, product marketing, and product teams to develop compelling narratives, prepare executive briefings, and lead participation in analyst evaluations.

This is a highly strategic role with significant visibility across the organization. You'll be influencing category positioning, supporting executive engagement, and contributing directly to how BrightEdge is represented in analyst research that shapes enterprise buying decisions.

If you enjoy structured thinking, business writing, competitive positioning, and working at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and executive communication, this is an exceptional opportunity to build a rare and high-impact specialization in enterprise SaaS.

What you'll do:

Analyst relationships and engagement

Own the analyst relationship map. Know who covers search, SEO, digital experience, and AI search at each firm, what they have published, and what they believe.

• Run the analyst engagement calendar end to end: briefings, inquiries, demonstrations, and strategic sessions. Own the follow-ups.

• Build and hold direct relationships with covering analysts. You carry these through the quarters when no evaluation is running.

Category narrative and positioning

• Make the case for AI search visibility as a category analysts should be covering, and for where BrightEdge sits within it. This is the central intellectual work of the role.

• Translate BrightEdge product capability and proprietary search data into arguments an analyst finds credible. Analysts discount marketing claims and reward evidence.

• Work with Product Marketing and Product Management to keep the external narrative accurate as the product moves.

Evaluations and submissions

• Own BrightEdge participation in analyst evaluations: Waves, Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, MarketScapes, and vendor landscapes. Manage the submission end to end: the RFI response, the evidence pack, the reference customers, the demo narrative.

• Prepare executives and subject matter experts for analyst meetings. Build the briefing document, the deck, and the talking points. Run the prep session.

• Track evaluation calendars across firms and flag submission windows early. Missing a cycle costs a year.

Analyst intelligence and internal reporting

• Track and synthesize analyst research on search, AI search, and adjacent categories. Summarize what it means for BrightEdge and circulate it to leadership.

• Report on analyst relations performance: engagement volume, coverage secured, evaluation outcomes, and how BrightEdge is characterized in published research.

• Support analyst events, executive roundtables, and the analyst component of product launches.

• Act as day-to-day liaison with the PR agency on trade press and media inquiries, routing technical questions to the right internal expert.

Required :

• 3-5 years in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or management consulting. Direct AR experience is ideal. We read consulting and communications backgrounds with strong writing just as seriously.

• Exceptional business writing. You can take a complex technical capability and turn it into a clear, evidence-backed argument in two paragraphs. This will be tested.

• Executive presence. You will be in rooms with our CEO and with senior analysts. You need to hold your own in both.

• Comfort with enterprise software, search, or MarTech. You do not need to be technical, but you do need to become fluent fast.

• Project management discipline. Analyst evaluations run on fixed calendars with hard deadlines and no extensions.

• Willingness to work US Eastern hours. See the note at the top of this document.

Strong signals :

• MBA from a top-tier programme, or a Master's in communications with equivalent analytical training.

• You have engaged directly with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, Everest Group, or similar firms.

• You have contributed to a Wave, Magic Quadrant, or award submission and can describe what moved the outcome.

• You have prepared senior executives for external conversations and can describe how you did it.

• You have an opinion about how AI search is changing enterprise software categories. It does not have to match ours.

Why join BrightEdge

  • Shape an emerging category: Help define how the enterprise market understands AI search visibility and digital search performance.
  • Work directly with executive leadership: Partner closely with senior leaders on analyst strategy, positioning, and high-impact external engagements.
  • Build a rare and valuable specialization: Analyst relations is a highly strategic function with strong long-term career growth in enterprise SaaS.
  • Influence industry perception: Your work will contribute to analyst evaluations and research that shape enterprise buying decisions.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role: Work from anywhere in India while collaborating with a global team at the forefront of AI, search, and marketing technology.
