The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board production machinery. • Support maintenance and repair activities for the plant and equipment. • Monitor production data to ensure efficient material and machine flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator, or strong technical aptitude as a career changer. • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility. • High level of responsibility and independent work ethic, including during maintenance tasks. • Strong quality awareness. • Willingness to work in a shift system.
