Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the EMEA cohort of our global Early-in-Career sales onboarding programme. This role requires a focus on end-to-end execution, operational excellence, and delivery for all EMEA-based participants, while maintaining tight alignment with global programme standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the EMEA Early-in-Career cohort, including planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics, risk management, and delivery.
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent participant experience that aligns with global programme standards while addressing regional nuances.
• Track cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs; provide regular status updates to the Global Programme Manager.
• Partner closely with Recruiting, P&C, Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams in the Americas.
• Support programme governance with decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder management.
• Contribute to evolving the programme towards AI-era readiness through operational improvements and automation opportunities.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project or programme management experience.
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment, ideally in Sales Enablement, Talent Development, or Sales Operations.
• Strong experience with risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and driving accountability without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools, with Asana preferred.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in Sales Onboarding, Early-in-Career/New Hire programmes, or Sales Enablement.
• experience supporting large-scale talent development initiatives in a global technology company.
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and tools for learner experience, such as LXPS and MindTickle.
