What you will be expected to do:

• Analyze the problem and take the necessary steps to solve it within the customers' desired time duration.
• Troubleshoot the issues as desired by the customer.
• Issue an invoice and collect payments for the tasks.
• Follow up on the services with the customers if necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the process.

What you are expected to have:

• A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).
• Own vehicle and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone. (Minimum smartphone requirement: iPhone 7 and above, any other phones with Android 5 and above)
• Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional and friendly attitude
