The Role

• Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Act as a specialty product expert with a deep understanding of market complexities.
• Develop and execute territory business plans, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within primary care and neurology settings.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics, including IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical promotional regulations and company policies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience.
• Proven ability to master complex product knowledge and pass annual certification exams.
• Strong work ethic, tenacity, and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the specified territory boundaries.
