What does our Enterprise Analyst Program offer?

KeyBank’s Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program that facilitates the transition from college to a full-time career at Key. The program provides opportunities to learn about Key’s business and strategic pillars, learn about Key’s industry-leading employee benefits, engage in exciting networking events with Analysts across various teams, hear from members of the Executive Leadership Team, and receive relevant training ahead of starting in a full-time role.

At the conclusion of the multi-week training program, Analysts will enter their Line of Business to begin working with their respective teams where they either begin a rotational program within their group or begin working in their full-time role. Continued development beyond the program is provided through mentorship opportunities with teammates across various levels of the organization that will provide an environment for shared learning and advice, encourage professional development, and assist in the development of career aspirations and goals.

Line of Business: Finance/Accounting

The mission of the Finance team is to protect and enhance shareholder value, ensure the integrity of the corporate financial records, and be a trusted advisor who proactively generates actionable ideas and provides insightful analysis. Our Finance division acts as a strategic partner across all business segments by providing insightful financial information, performance analysis, and advice to help achieve revenue growth, expense control, and foster the further development of Key’s relationship strategy. Our Accounting function, known as Controllership at Key, is a subset of our Finance division.

About the Rotational Analyst Program

The mission of the Finance/Accounting Rotational Analyst program is to deliver a top-quartile professional development program which consistently graduates diverse, high-performing, long-tenured future leaders of Finance and Key. Our analyst program combines in-depth training, a variety of job assignments, broad networking opportunities and meaningful interaction with Key leaders.

Benefits of the program include a transition to post-graduate life as part of a tight-knit community of peers, accelerated early-career exposure, development, growth and leadership opportunities, as well as mentorship and robust feedback and performance management opportunities.

As a finance/accounting rotational analyst, you will develop and learn both soft and hard skills that will enable you to become a trusted financial partner and advisor across the company. Following the Enterprise Analyst Program training, finance analysts will attend one week of finance-specific training and then take part in four, six-month rotations (24 months total) through Key finance areas, including financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations, line of business finance, finance enablement, and controllership/accounting.

The Program’s goal is to consistently graduate high-performing, diverse, long-tenured future leaders of Finance. The successful completion of the 2-year program will confirm you have a full understanding of the Finance organization and its’ priorities, making you an optimal candidate for a role in one of the functional areas you rotated through, or the broader Finance organization.
