Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure Scrum processes are followed effectively. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching teams, removing impediments, and enabling continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices
• Remove impediments and roadblocks to improve team productivity
• Work closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization
• Ensure transparency through Agile metrics such as velocity, burn‑down charts, and sprint progress
• Promote collaboration between cross‑functional teams (Development, QA, Product, Business)
• Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Support scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum of Scrums) if applicable
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum framework
• Hands‑on experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Ability to work with cross‑functional and distributed teams
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
