As a Courseware Developer, you will work as part of a production team comprised of developers, multimedia specialists, quality assurance personnel, web developers, and subject matter experts to build a full range of learning products from one page job aids to full e learning courseware programs or interactive 3 D simulations.
Responsibilities- Design and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials in line with standardised product processes and product specifications.
- Participate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements and implement feedback from the development team.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising related to scope or schedule.
- Collaborate with colleagues in sharing of expertise and the performance of similar or connected tasks.
- Experience or qualifications in the development of computer based training.
- Solid experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industries.
- Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work to a hybrid arrangement, minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible. Working out of the Head Office in Homebush, NSW.
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance - must be an Australian Citizen.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures.

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role - you must be an Australian Citizen.
