FreedomPay is entering a transformative new chapter with the launch of a comprehensive global rebrand. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Brand Design & Creative Operations to lead the execution, governance, and evolution of our visual identity across every touchpoint of the business.

This leadership role will serve as the steward of the FreedomPay brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across every touchpoint where the brand is experienced. From marketing campaigns and customer-facing experiences to internal communications, events, product assets, digital properties, partnerships, and corporate materials, this role will be responsible for protecting and evolving the integrity of the FreedomPay brand.

As the organization’s brand authority, the Director will oversee brand governance, asset management, creative standards, and approval processes while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, UX, Sales, Partners, & HR to ensure consistent execution across the business.

This is a highly visible role requiring a blend of creative leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and brand strategy expertise.
