Junior Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (PMP Certified) to support our project management team with day-to-day project coordination and management activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.

• Support project managers with schedules, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Prepare project updates, status reports, meeting notes, and other project documentation.

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.

• Help facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned action items.

• Communicate project updates and requirements clearly to stakeholders.

• Support the team in maintaining project plans and ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Perform other project management-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools.

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
