OMP Project Manager / OMP Planning Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OMP Project Manager with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and OMP Planning (OMPPAPO) implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end OMP planning transformation initiatives, managing project delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of supply chain planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OMP Planning implementation projects for Supply Chain Planning functions.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Own project governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
• Drive project planning activities, milestone management, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with OMP functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure solution design aligns with business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution review meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication across business and IT teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Support change management, user adoption, training, and transition-to-support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and IBP teams.
