Care Services Lead - Aged Care & Clinical Excellence

Warrigal is seeking a Care Services Manager to lead clinical and care management across Warrigal Home Services at Albion Park Rail. You will drive high-quality, person-centred care with a focus on governance, safety, and regulatory standards, reporting to the General Manager of Home Services.

You will oversee nursing, allied health, care managers and virtual care services, aligning decision-making with service delivery and client outcomes while supporting service growth.
