Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish P&C Licensed Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory for this role.

 

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English – REQUIRED.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Agent License in the resident state.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior customer service or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable handling back-to-back calls while navigating multiple systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules within operating hours of 7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to accommodate schedule changes with short notice.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with goals related to:
  • Customer Experience (CX)
  • Average Handle Time (AHT)
  • Quality
  • Schedule adherence
  • Productivity
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to complete a typing test (24 WPM / 80% accuracy) and other pre-employment assessments.
