Head of Trading Infrastructure Operations

Centrica plc is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Operations in Greater London. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and governance of Trading Infrastructure services. You will manage major incidents, define SLAs, and drive continuous improvements across global trading environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Infrastructure Operations, a deep understanding of ITIL, and experience in major incident management. You will build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver insightful reporting to leadership.
