The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional member experiences. • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Develop staff through coaching and training to enhance sales and customer service skills. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure individual and team success in membership sales. • Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality control standards for club tours and membership presentations. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement and member satisfaction. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or a related industry. • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating sales teams. • Excellent coaching, training, and people development capabilities. • Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to drive performance. • Proficient in understanding and executing sales playbooks and strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and members.
