Job Description

Job Description : Manual Tester - Health Claims (TCS BaNCS)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-3 Years

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred


About the Role

We are seeking a Manual Tester with domain expertise in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS. The candidate will play a key role in validating claim workflows, ensuring compliance, and maintaining system quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within TCS BaNCS.

Validate claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payment workflows.

Create and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT support activities.

Log, track, and verify defects in coordination with development teams.

Ensure compliance with business rules, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.

Work closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand requirements.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Health Claims testing.

Working knowledge of TCS BaNCS platform.

Strong understanding of insurance processes, claim lifecycle, and policy administration.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.


Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant insurance domain experience.
