PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer (Independent Consultants)

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer with strong skills in SQL, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR,CI and Application Engine. Have good understanding of Payroll , Tax Updates and Benefits processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations, interfaces, and reports.
• Build and optimize SQL, SQR programs, and Application Engine processes.
• Troubleshoot HR, Payroll, and Benefits issues and provide technical solutions.
• Work with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support upgrades, patches, and payroll/benefits processing cycles.

Required Skills

• 7+ years PeopleSoft HCM technical experience.
• Handson expertise in SQL, PeopleCode, App Designer, SQR, Application Engine.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and Benefits tables and Tax Updates.
• Experience with integrations, CI, file layouts, and performance tuning.
