Job Description
Experteq is seeking an experienced Support Analyst (L1/L2) to join our Service Centre. You will be the go-to person for resolving a range of IT support issues, including Windows server, 3rd party applications, user endpoints and admin tasks.
This Sydney-based role requires rostered on-site work occasionally and a strong focus on customer service, incident management in ServiceNow, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
