SQL DEVELOPER

Introduction:

As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting SQL databases, with a strong focus on SQL Server fundamentals. You will also be involved in ETL development using SSIS workflows and will work with Azure SQL setup and configuration. This role requires a solid understanding of database systems monitoring and support, as well as software best practices and development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support SQL databases
• Work on ETL development using SSIS workflows
• Configure and set up Azure SQL databases
• Utilize Azure Data Factory for pipelines, activities, datasets, linked services, data flows, and integration runtimes
• Monitor and support database systems
• Implement software best practices and development methodologies
• Utilize FTP tools for file transfer
• Perform DBA tasks across SQL Server, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Redis Cache

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of five years of experience in SQL development and support
• Strong understanding of SQL Server fundamentals
• Experience with ETL development using SSIS workflows
• Experience with Azure SQL setup and configuration
• Experience with Azure Data Factory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
• Understanding of database systems monitoring and support
• Knowledge of software best practices and development methodologies
• Experience with FTP tools for file transfer
• DBA experience across SQL Server, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Redis Cache
