UX Designer -Chandler, AZ-Only Locals

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and UI designers to understand user needs, conduct research, and design seamless user journeys that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure RP, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and information architecture.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting research findings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
