Requirements:

• Key Skills: Agile, Testing, IVR, Automation.
• Experience Required: 5 - 10 years.
• Extensive experience in IVR testing with proven success in executing QA and UAT cycles.
• Strong familiarity with Agile testing environments and methodologies.
• Skilled in creating and managing functional and integration test cases.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Quality Center.
• Demonstrated ability to handle client communications and provide test support for transformation projects.
