The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $212,650. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

Position Summary
In your role as a BEOL TQR Staff Engineer, you'll use your strong problem-solving skill to support the reliability engineering activity for advanced CMOS technology node.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for new technology qualification, process changes and abnormal events.
- Design, execute, and analyze designed experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Utilize statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time to fail data.
- Conduct reliability assessment to ensure semiconductor fabrication process robust and optimized.
- Develop and optimize reliability test method and modeling for reliability risk detection and margin improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
- BS/MS/Phd in Material, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skill, solid knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms and underlying physics and statistical analysis. In-depth knowledge of wafer-fabrication process.
