Sr Financial Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr Financial Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier Hospitality Services clients in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities :

• Support operators in Resort Management functions. This role includes reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis related to Hospitality.
• Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process through identification and implementation of process improvements leveraging technological and system solutions to drive efficiencies, validation of key inputs and communication with key business partners.
• Support recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
• Support the annual budget process and long-range planning.
• Ad hoc analysis as needed related to any aspect of the Resort Servicing Segments.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• 3 to 5 years financial planning & analysis experience required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment
• Well organized and able to prioritize and work on competing projects.
• Ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Previous experience in forecasting/budgeting process.
• Advanced Excel knowledge required for ad-hoc analysis, report creation and report distribution. Proven history of leveraging complex Excel functions to streamline and improve existing processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Hospitality and Vacation Ownership industry is a plus.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, Essbase is a plus.
