ERP Project Manager

Roles &amp; Responsibilities Own overall programme delivery, governance, budget, risks and timelines.<br />Coordinate activities across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Master Data, AGITO, 3PL and implementation partners.<br />Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan.<br />Ensure business processes, systems, facilities and operational readiness activities are aligned.<br />Manage dependencies across Infor CloudSuite (ERP) deployment, AGITO implementation and 3PL operations.<br />Drive issue resolution and decision-making across stakeholders.<br />Lead programme governance, steering committees and executive reporting.<br />Ensure testing, training, cutover and go-live activities are successfully delivered.<br />Manage programme risks and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place.

Experience Proven Programme Management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.<br />Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or ERP programmes.<br />Strong stakeholder management across business, IT and third-party suppliers.<br />Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets and programme governance.Knowledge of ERP implementations, ideally Infor CloudSuite/M3
