We are offering a full-time position with 38 hours per week, with flexible working hours available for the right candidate.

A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer:

• Complete daily point-of-sale reconciliations and balance financial records

• Maintain accurate employee records, training files, and venue databases

• Manage stock control, assist with stocktakes, and identify cash or stock variances

• Ensure all team member visa obligations, compliance, and audit standards are met

• Review venue-generated sales reports and share feedback with key management

• Support the venue team on the floor during peak trading hours

About You:

• Provide professional, friendly service over the phone, via email, and in person

• Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality with sensitive information

• Keep the administration area well-organized and running efficiently

• Contribute your insights and ideas in team meetings

• Bring a hands-on, team-first approach and happily support the floor when trade gets busy
