Job Title - Oracle APEX / EBS Financial Systems Architect

Location - Kansas City , KS ( Need only Locals)

Duration - Full Time 

 

Requirment 

This role involves leading the design, development, and integration of enterprise financial applications supporting critical budgeting, accounting, and billing processes within a highly secure federal environment.
 
Key Highlights of the Role:
  • Lead development of Oracle APEX (23.x+) enterprise applications
  • Work on modernization of Oracle EBS (12.x+) financial systems
  • Design and implement integrations with Oracle Database 19c+, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
  • Support financial processes including GL, AR, budgeting cycles, and cost accounting
  • Build secure APIs and RESTful services for system integration
  • Work in a compliance-driven environment (DOJ/USMS, FISMA, ATO)
  • Lead technical design, development, and deployment activities in an Agile/DevSecOps setup
Required Experience:
  • 15+ years of Oracle Applications development experience
  • Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AR, budgeting, reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (23.x+)
  • Strong PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher skills
  • Experience with ERP modernization or EBS-to-APEX migration
  • Exposure to federal financial systems or regulated environments preferred
