Mechanical Project Manager<br />South Wales<br />Full Time<br />Permanent<br />£55,000- £65,000 + Benefits<br />We're working with a well-established M&amp;E contractor that's continuing to grow across South Wales.<br />They're looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education and public sector environments.<br />You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Managing programmes, subcontractors and project delivery.
• Building strong client relationships.
• Managing costs, variations and project performance.
• Working closely with site, commercial and design teams.<br />We're looking for someone with:
• Experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
• A background as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Good commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
